Maison Wellesley was designed with thoughtful intention to preserve and integrate the Victorian heritage architecture of the original homes found on site. We’ve prioritized maintaining the building’s red brick masonry to reflect the urban fabric of The Village and its historic influence.

Retail and commercial space at street level will add to the vibrancy and diversity of this distinct neighbourhood and a commemorative sign at the base of the building will honour the heritage of this iconic landmark on Church St.
